Global Diversity Practice are pleased to announce that Farrah Qureshi has formally been invited to serve as an Expert Panelist for the Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmarks: Standards for Organizations Around the World. The prestigious invitation-only panel is comprised of the foremost diversity and inclusion thought leaders from around the world — they represent various sectors, diversity dimensions, and approaches to diversity. All have contributed their views to creating a tool that many users believe is of high value to help others understand what quality D&I work includes. The panelists’ key objectives are to increase the usability, visibility and relevance of the GDIB tool.

GDIB, sponsored by the nonprofit The Diversity Collegium, is provided to anyone around the world free of charge. A PDF document, It contains 280 benchmarks in 13 categories, 4 groups and at 5 levels from little work being done through to best practices. It is the collective opinion/consensus model of the current 80 Expert Panelists and the two authors.
