Developed Equality and Diversity E-learning Toolkit

Client Brief

The British Council is a British organisation specialising in international educational and cultural opportunities. It is registered as a charity both in England and Wales, and in Scotland.

The British Council commissioned Global Diversity Practice along with our E-learning partners to develop a creative and innovative  E- learning diversity toolkit that would enable 7,900 staff globally in 111 countries and territories with HQs in London and Manchester. This was to strengthen their engagement, awareness and understanding of equality and diversity.

Key Deliverables

• Equality and Diversity E-learning Toolkit (up-to-date and comprehensive coverage of the equality and diversity agenda)

The toolkit has been in operation for several years now and with high levels of engagement and satisfaction. The toolkit is acting as a repository of existing information and as experts in the subject matter GDP ensure that up-to-date information is provided to refresh the repository so staff have access to diversity information that has global relevance and applicability.
