Client Brief

The Learning and Skills Council (LSC) was a non-departmental public body jointly sponsored by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) and the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) in England.

GDP were commissioned by the Learning and Skills Council to design and deliver a Dignity at Work Programme in their London offices as a response to internal findings.

Impact

The feedback was excellent as the GDP Team delivered the programme nationally on all seven diversity strands including “Socio Economic Status”.
