Global Diversity Practice were commissioned in December 2012 to review talent “switch overs” for women and minority employees and develop an unconscious bias training to the Diversity Steering group of the Insurance Division .

• Develop an bespoke Unconscious Bias and Inclusive leadership training event for the Diversity Steering Group
Our work has led to the issue of Unconscious Bias being put at the top of the agenda within this client system and a range of changes in leadership behaviours and culture change. A comprehensive action plan is being followed as well as an attraction strategy to address the issues our investigative work uncovered.
