Client Brief

The student population includes 10,525 undergraduate and 3,050 postgraduate students. Mature students make up around a
third of the undergraduate community. 22% of the student population are foreign and come from over 110 different countries.

The University of Bradford were keen to understand how effective talent management could help to achieve a more representative and diverse pipeline of both academic and support staff within the University particularly at senior levels. This was particularly pertinent given the geographical location of Bradford. The diverse student population and the appeal.

Impact

• Identification of key themes and priorities to help accelerate the D & I ambitions of Bradford University
