We achieve this with the aid of our GDP Project Support teams, supporting our CEO, consultants and trainers to diligently manage the interface between our company and our client’s project teams by providing project and administrative management and support to ensure we deliver our contracts professionally both nationally and internationally. Our teams integrate these principles through all stages of the project cycle from Project inception to client aftercare.
Our teams have a full range of relevant support specialisms such as administration, finance and IT. We deploy both traditional and virtual interactive project management methodologies and seek to align our techniques and approaches with our client systems.
