He has consulted to corporations and organizations for many years in multiple capacities, primarily in the areas of leadership, values, culture and change. He has provided strategic consulting and facilitation and program delivery for varied organizations globally, and has been involved in innovative instructional product development. He is a recognized pioneer in the diversity field.
Reena is a Global Transformation and Organisation Development (OD) expert with a successful track record of 19 years across multiple sectors. Deep expertise in partnering with business leaders, providing thought leadership, ensuring operational excellence in strategy execution and leading teams to deliver solutions with high ROI. She has a proven record to ‘hit the ground running’, build credibility, work through ambiguity, and provide definition that supports business priorities and has high business ownership. Reena’s areas of expertise are creating Business Vision and Cultural Alignment, Talent Management, Leadership Talent Pipeline, Learning and Development, Training Solutions, Risk and Governance, Metrics, Employee Engagement, Coaching and Mentoring, Employee Communications.
Farah is an expert facilitator and inspirational trainer. Some of her recent work includes design and delivery of training and project management of large contracts on behalf of GDP. She has particular interest in building capacity and train the trainers.
Her key achievements have included designing training strategies. She introduced and established the first Diversity component in the National Accelerated Promotional Course for Police. Farah provides Personal Development Programmes such as Positive Action training for women and ethnic minority staff. Farah has worked in Asia and Africa on behalf of GDP and she graduated with a BA Hons degree in Social Policy and holds a diploma in Training & Development. She is also a qualified NLP Practitioner.
Carl has over 20 years’ experience in the arenas of, diversity, equality and social inclusion and his work is built around the philosophy that organisations benefit tangibly and directly by recruiting, developing and retaining a diverse workforce.
He has delivered a wide range of training and development interventions at middle and senior management levels. His clients include organisations involved in the public, commercial, legal and financial sectors. One of his areas of specialisation is the embedding of diversity into everyday work practices. Carl has a B.A. (Hons) Social Administration and an M.Ed Continuing Education.
A qualified psychologist and trainer with wide-ranging experience in public and private organisations. Savitri has spoken in a number of conferences and is an experienced workshop leader on disability, race, bilingualism and psychology of learning. Her expertise includes assessment of learning and behavioural difficulties including psychometric testing. Savitri also has significant experience in coaching and mentoring. She has proven experience of consultation model of service delivery to diverse educational, social services, health and voluntary organisations. Savitri is Bi–lingual and has used these skills to support clients.

An experienced D&I trainer, consultant, coach and business leader, Jonathan has worked with many of the world’s leading organisations. His experience has not been limited to the UK. Jonathan’s career has seen him working across Europe, the USA, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Africa, Korea and Japan, working as a leadership consultant to his clients. For four years, Jonathan was a Vice President and Executive Director at Goldman Sachs – Human Capital Management (HCM) division. During his tenure he created and delivered numerous global change and learning initiatives. As a gay man, Jonathan is deeply committed to working on issues of diversity and it was a core part of his role on the Goldman Sachs Leadership course.
Imraan is a hospitality professional with a masters degree and over 10 years of experience with industry leading brands such as Disney, Marriott and Starwood. He is committed and passionate about diversity and has experience in creating inclusive environments to drive employee satisfaction and productivity. He recently created a diversity/engagement role at his present company leveraging the inherent diversity strengths within the company to drive employee engagement and customer service. He has created and facilitated training on disability awareness and unconscious bias for managers and employees at UBS and is a member of the disability awareness steering committee. Imran is extremely passionate about creating integrated system wide diversity and inclusion plans which demonstrate significant return on investment.
Anis Ghanti has expertise in developing and advising upon best practice within diversity, widening access and participation, reducing inequalities, community development and capacity building, social inclusion and neighborhood renewal. He has considerable experience within both the private and public sectors nationally and internationally. Anis has delivered training on behalf of GDP to our global clients with huge success. He has planned and developed specialist consultancy and training to a variety of employers across the public and private sector industries for over 15 years. His style of delivery consistently reflects the sensitivity and understanding of the subject matter and its impact on the operating culture of an organization. Anis holds a BSc in Maritime Studies. He is also a Myers Briggs Practitioner.
Alan Clark has extensive experience of delivering diversity training to the public, private and voluntary sector. Alan was a member of the Lesbian and Gay Police Association, actively counselled and supported colleagues around issues of sexuality and hate crime. He has particular interest and expertise in cultural awareness and sensitivity and covers delivery across the diversity spectrum. Alan has participated in execution of many of GDP’s training contracts particularly within the public sector nationally and internationally. His expertise and experience were in evidence when he led delivery of successful and highly rated GDP diversity training to the Ministry of Defence over two years at the Triservice Academy. His knowledge of operational sectors combined with his credible delivery style ensured successful outcomes and a high level of engagement. He is accredited at Level 5 Diversity Specialists Training for Trainers Programme.
A qualified Learning and Development Consultant with over 15 years of experience in successfully designing and delivering training with public and private sector organisations. His experience includes Recruiting volunteers and training team leaders involved with the delivery of the London Olympic Games. He has delivered diversity and communication training to staff within public and private sectors.

Velma is a skilled Equality and Diversity facilitator. She has delivered training for the Department for International Development (DFID) on Management Development and Diversity Programme throughout the UK and Africa. She has delivered to all levels including the Director General and Gateshead Council. She has also reviewed Community Cohesion Strategies for the Association of Chief Police. Velma has conducted Quality Assurance Assessment and personal development to trainers and consultants for the Metropolitan Police and has had extensive experience of working with a variety of organisations. Velma has a PhD in Race and Ethnic relations.
Kaushar has held senior management positions in Health and Social Care fields and Regeneration programmes. A qualified Health and Social Care professional with experience in managing large and complex projects such as SureStart, Kaushar has gained expertise in delivering race equality and diversity training. He has successfully delivered Islamic Cultural Awareness Training to Public Sector professionals working across various Local and National Government Departments.

Tinu Cornish [CPsychol, MSc, PG Dip, BSc (Hons)] is a Chartered and Registered Occupational Psychologist with extensive experience consulting on diversity & inclusion and leadership. She is the founder and Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion at Work Group, sponsored by the Division of Occupational Psychology of the British Psychological Society. Tinu consults, and trains on unconscious bias and has recently carried out a Rapid Evidence Assessment on methods for reducing and mitigating the impact of unconscious bias. Recent research for the Employer’s Network for Equality and Inclusion was a project that investigated the impact of unconscious bias on the manager/staff relationship.
Her experience encompasses developing minority leaders, including being the first Training Manager for a national Minority Ethnic Positive Action Leadership Development Organisation. Tinu designs and facilitates career and leadership development seminars for minority ethnic and women’s professional networks based on cutting edge research. She coaches transitioning minority ethnic and women leaders and is qualified to use a range of psychometric tools.
