Farrah is recognized as one of the foremost experts, thinkers and practitioners on Global Diversity and Inclusion Consultancy and Training.

As CEO and founder of Global Diversity Practice Ltd, Farrah has synthesized 28 years of D&I experience to take Global Diversity Practice into the premier league of global consultancies.

Farrah has pioneered global diversity learning and consultancy solutions to combat western-centric approaches that were not relevant for global audiences, geographies and marketplaces.

Her footprint extends to clients and participants from 160+ countries. Her clients include many Fortune 500 and FTSE 100/250 companies, who are provided with clear pathways to achieve best in class innovative customized consultancy solutions with measurable outcomes.

Farrah aligns her outputs to Organisational Transformation, Leadership Behaviours, Culture Change and Behavioural Economics, combining each with a strategic business focus. She specializes in building both the capacity and confidence of Boards, CEO and Executives.

Farrah regularly headlines as a sought-after keynote speaker and inspires global executive audiences across a range of sectors from Tech to FMCG in International organisations.

With her unique style of powerful storytelling she mobilises them to fully optimise the Inclusion imperative.

She has written Understanding Diversity at Work – an Organisational Guide and has contributed to many other books, written articles and blogs.

She has also appeared in the media to discuss her views and opinions on this ever-evolving crucial business discipline. Farrah continues to influence the future direction of D&I by being part of the elite group of D&I expert panellists contributing to the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Benchmarks.

In 2010, Farrah received an award from Walmart for her services to Global Diversity.

In 2012 she was the recipient of the ENEI Award for Training Excellence for her ground-breaking interventions on unconscious bias for Santander leadership teams globally and in the UK.

Twice nominated for Asian Women of Achievement for both Professional of the Year and latterly Entrepreneur of the Year, Farrah has an unrivalled presence in this space.

In 2016 Farrah won the Enterprising Woman of the Year award, and in 2017 was recognised for her lifetime of work in Diversity and Inclusion winning the Bloomberg Excellence in Diversity Lifetime Achievement Award.

In 2018 she was nominated for NPW Agent of Change Award. In 2020 Farrah was presented with Top Global D&I Leaders Award.
